Aron Greyslak – DON
After earning a bachelor’s in cardiopulmonary science and a Minor in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida, I entered the healthcare industry to explore my passion for healing others. Currently, I work as a patient advocate for Nurses on Demand where I’m focused on remote patient monitoring.
I’ve spent the last 10 years learning everything there is to know about the RPM industry – from establishing individualized protocols for each patient to managing overall patient adherence.
I’m currently applying this knowledge where I’m responsible for verifying usage and outcome, monitoring all vitals within range, any exceptions out of range, and thus preventing hospitalizations.
Making a difference in peoples’ lives has always been my true passion. Getting life changing medical devices into the hands of millions of people and empowering an RPM medical team to advocate it gives me the opportunity to make that difference!
Erwin Dianon – CTO
Erwin S. Dianon CTO  – Biography
Erwin Dianon has over 20 years of Technology experience that focused on programming and interfacing. He is the company’s key in the development of apps that communicate to a health devices using the Bluetooth Low Energy protocol. This includes coding and interpreting the document protocols provided by device manufacturers and developing them to work in the health care ecosystem.
Erwin career started as a college instructor in Don Bosco Technology Center. The classes focused to programming students taking electronics courses. The focus of the subject was interfacing outside devices to the computer through parallel and serial (RS232) connection. It also involved education in electronics circuit design.
Erwin worked with SDB Electronic Solutions and helped built a Speech Lab system for schools. It is a system that allowed a teacher to communicate to the students from booths individually or by group similar to what we now know as an intercom. I designed the switch circuit board and programed the firmware of the micro-controller in the teacher’s PC side, I used Java for the application that communicates to the switch board. The software would allow the selection of a student location and play/record the voices of students for the teacher to review at the present time and store the data for later review. This focused on students that were visually impaired.
Erwin also is a devoted Christian and volunteered and built a project to design an LED Display board for his Church. Erwin designed its circuit and firmware and used serial (RS232) to interface it to their PC. Java code was used to develop the software and it allowed a user to send messages to the display board for the Church member’s visibility.
Erwin also spent some time developing in the retail space developing software for cashiers. It uses Java and MySQL as its database. It accept payments, print receipt and print reports. He eventually upgraded the software to display the number and provide an automated voice call for the paying customer. The application also integrated video and running message for the customer to view while waiting for their product.
Through these years of experience developing software, educating new students on software development and finding time to volunteer for his Christian belief, Erwin has gained the experience of a Teacher, Engineer and valued member of a Christian organization that focuses on the opportunity to surround himself with a successful path.
