(358) RSH Distribution offers a Shared Services package for the convenience of implementing Remote Patient Monitoring at the doctor’s practice. RPM has two basic CPT Codes that make up the service  the technical under CPT Code 99454 and 99457 that represents the clinical responsibilities. The Technical responsibilities include the software that resides on the internet that can monitor the patient’s health vitals through AI capabilities as they are uploaded to the health cloud  and the equipment needed in the home to take the vitals from the patient to the health cloud.  RSH will share in the RPM responsibility by supplying the technical needs.  The doctor practice will do what they do best and maintain the clinical needs of the patient . We will supply the Vital Watch  and the cellular gateway plus one other piece of equipment selected by the doctor.  The doctor can bill  for  CPT Code 99454 or the doctor can write a referral to RSH and the service will be billed directly to Medicare or the private insurance company.
