Just give us a list of the patient names of those who qualify for the RPM program and our onboarding service agents will sign up the patients for RPM service on behalf of your organization.  RSH will initiate the welcome call and send out the needed equipment. Followed up with a second call to confirm the product delivery and help with the initial setup.
