The Technical portion of our Remote Patient Monitoring equipment offering includes a large selection of home monitoring equipment that functions through Bluetooth or cellularly and the option to use our software platform that leads the industry with cutting edge technology. The same engineering management team has been developing our software platform for more than a decade. Features that include Cellular connectivity from any location on earth, that has cellular service with the use of our international sim card that seeks out the strongest signal in the area and connects without any user involvement. The user has nothing to do except to plug the gateway into electricity and use one or all of our home monitoring equipment to track their vitals. A large percentage of the elderly is not comfortable in using their cell phone to transfer data to the internet because of confusion or just not cooperative. The cellular router resolves this aggravation. It automatically collects vital readings from the Medication Dispenser, Thermometer, Pulse Oximeter, Vital Watch, Glucose monitor, Blood Pressure cuff, Weight Scale and ECG monitoring device. The new Smart Vital Watch offers the ability to track vitals through sensors built into the watch and the next generation DR watch, also functions as a gateway to collect data from other equipment. Each of the mentioned products can transmit to the cell phone or cellular router out of the box. This eliminates the traditional setup required of reading the instructions on how to input the date and time and the process of connecting the product to your cell phone or the cellular router. When you turn on the monitoring device it firstly connects to the gateway or personal cell phone to see if it still resides in the same location and transmits any pending readings that were not transferred in the past.

The Smart Gateway has a sim card built into the unit and offers a connection from blue tooth home monitoring devices to seamlessly transfer data to the healthcloud without interrupting the users daily activities. This is one of the key component of the RPM rental offering. The Smart Gateway is new to the market and recently finished a large pilot in the state of Georgia. This product will be disruptive to the RPM industry by eliminating the need of cell phones to transmit data from the home monitoring devices. Based on recent feedback from the industry the use of cellular increases the patient engagement by 30%. There isn’t any additional cost for the use of the Smart Gateway. The cellular cost and product cost is included in the monthly rental offering. All of our smart products will communicate with the router directly from the box. No customer interaction needed to configure the connection. Just add batteries. Current home monitoring equipment available to track vitals from home and transmit cellularly with the Clovis Router are the Pulse Oximeter, Activity Watch, Thermometer, ECG, Blood Pressure Monitor, Glucose Meter, Weight Scale, Smart Vital Watch, Medication Dispenser and the Continuous Glucose Monitor.
