The average reimbursement is $113.74 monthly for any patients that has one or more chronic condition. Our service is designed to get the practice RPM service operational and profitable. The doctor can take over all the responsibilities of RPM at anytime.

Our all inclusive rental includes: 20 minutes of time from our registered nurse to talk to the patient and update their files monthly, cellular transmission device that functions without the patient involvement, one instrument that supports the patient chronic condition and a watch that will monitor all vitals continuously including ECG-Blood Pressure-Pulse-Temperature-Activity-Heart Rate.

Most importantly the doctor and the patients can only benefit from Remote Smart Health rental service. If the doctor does not get paid there isn’t any cost to the doctor or the patient.
