In 2022 Remote Smart Health introduced their Smart Vital Watch to the RPM market.   The industry overwhelmingly embraced this new product.  The Vital  watch must connect to our cellular gateway or a cell phone for the readings to transmit to the internet.  Our next generation watch does not need the cellular gateway or personal cell phone to connect to the internet.  Built into the new DR watch is a sim card that gives the watch the ability to also function as a phone and as a gateway that can automatically transfer data from other home monitoring equipment like medication monitoring device, weight scale or smart diabetes glucose monitor to the internet. It has a stylish face and is available in different colored wrist bands. . The Watch will collect information 24/7 traditionally not available to obtain outside of a hospital setting. As long as the watch is charged and on the patient’s wrist the data collected day and night will be transferred to the healthcloud. Monitoring and recording the patients temperature, Blood Oxygen, Heart rate, blood pressure, activity and can detect if the patient has an abnormal heart rate. Then transmitting the collected vitals 48 times per day to the internet to be viewed by the a i nurse. Our new DR watch will have the same monitoring capabilities as the Smart Vital Watch with the addition of cellular technology and the gateway functionality built in. Offering real-time vital transmission that will also track the patient location through GPS enabling a more secure life for those who suffer from dementia.  If the user vitals are trending badly the AI Electronic nurse will communicate with the patients through IVR communication to confirm if they are in need of assistance and if needed a live person from the care team will get involved. DR  watch was not created for the use of emergencies however the DR watch knows everything about the patient including their location and current health stats. The emergency responder can communicate with the patient through the watch if needed.
